Resource Development Company is revitalizing Sacramento’s historic Medical Center Reservoir, an elevated concrete water reservoir constructed in the 1930s. This $4.6 million rehabilitation includes restoring the roof, repairing and resealing interior concrete surfaces, replacing the access platform, and applying a high-performance exterior coating. These improvements will protect the aging structure, extend its service life, and help maintain a reliable water supply for the Sacramento community.
